Refund Policy

1. Overview

Sync Pulse PVT LTD is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and services purchased from Syncpulse. All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to the terms described below.

By subscribing to Syncpulse, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

All new Syncpulse subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. During this period:

  • No payment is required to start the trial
  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically commence and your payment method will be charged

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing month once payment has been processed
  • If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial-month refunds are issued

Exception: If you experience a platform outage or service failure that exceeds the uptime SLA specified in your plan for a continuous period of 24 hours or more, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • A full refund is available within 30 days of the annual subscription start date, provided the platform has not been used to process more than 10,000 sync events
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal, but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
  • Upgrades from monthly to annual subscriptions are subject to the annual refund terms from the date of upgrade

5. Professional Services Refunds

For professional services including custom integration development, implementation support, and training:

  • Services not yet commenced: Full refund upon written cancellation request
  • Services partially completed: Refund for the uncompleted portion, less a 20% administration fee
  • Services fully completed: No refund is available once services have been delivered and accepted

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Setup fees and onboarding fees
  • Fees for custom development work that has been completed
  • Subscription fees for periods already consumed
  • Fees paid for add-on integrations or connectors that have been activated
  • Any fees paid more than 90 days prior to the refund request

7. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@syncpulse.site with the subject line 'Refund Request'
  2. Include your account email, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Refunds are processed in INR. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by your bank or payment provider.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing dispute, please contact us at info@syncpulse.site within 60 days of the disputed charge. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Disputes not raised within 60 days of the charge date will not be eligible for review.
